Roisin Wallace

Roisin Wallace Nash is an Irish-Australian director and actor, a recent graduate of WAAPA with a Bachelor of Performing Arts (Performance Making). In 2024, Roisin was awarded the prestigious Order of Australia Association Foundation Artist Grant, which provided a valuable mentorship with Heather Caroall, leading to an introduction to Red Stitch. Trained in classical text work, contemporary performance, and physical theatre, and taught directing through presigous teachers including Will O'Many, Candy Bowers and more. Roisin has also had the incredible oppotunity to shadow leading director Stephen Nicolazzo in 2025 through his work with A Daylight Connection. Roisin has worked with companies such as Queensland Theatre, Zen Zen Zo, and La Boite Theatre. Her extensive training, combined with a passion for creating and directing new work has deeply influenced her work as a director and theatre maker.
