Dion joined the ensemble on Christmas Eve, 2002 and Red Stitch productions include Pomona (2019), The Moors (2017), The Flick (at Queensland Theatre in 2017), Trevor (2016), The River (2016), Wet House (2015), Eurydice (2014), Herding Cats (2013), Day One. A Hotel, Evening (2011), The City (2010), That Face (2010), Creditors (2010), Pool. No Water. (2008), Fewer Emergencies (2006), The Country (2005), Outlying Islands (2004), The Night Heron (2004), Where’s My Money? (2003). Television credits include Wentworth (Series 8); Jack Irish (Series 2); It’s a Date (Series 2); City Homicide; The King; Stingers. Other stage productions include Twelfth Night & Hamlet & Macbeth for the Australian Shakespeare Company between 2018 & 2020; Travesties for Bloomsday in Melbourne at fortyfivedownstairs in 2019; playing Henry Lawson in All My Love (HIT Productions) touring nationally 2015-2018; The Trouble With Harry (MKA in association with Melbourne Festival) 2014.
