WE’RE MAKING OUR THEATRE SAFE FOR YOU
Your safety and comfort is of the utmost importance to us. We have instigated a range of safety and hygiene measures to help you feel safe, secure and comfortable at all times.
We are working hard to make visiting the theatre as safe as possible for everyone. We are following the up-to-date advice and government regulations we will update this page should further changes be made.
Please help us to keep Red Stitch COVID Safe by taking the time to read our COVID Safe measures below before your visit.
Please don’t attend if you are unwell, awaiting results, or a close contact
We will be happy to refund your tickets or swap them for another performance, free of charge. Please contact our Box Office at boxoffice@redstitch.net or on 03 9533 8083 in advance of the scheduled performance to discuss your options.
No Check-in or vaccination requirements
These are no longer required. All you will need to attend the theatre is a copy of your electronic ticket (printed or displayed on your phone).
Face masks
Face masks are no longer required to be worn, but for the health and safety of you and those around you, we encourage you to wear a mask indoors, if you aren’t eating or drinking.
Cashless payment icon
We are not currently accepting cash payments.
Hand sanitiser
We encourage you to use the hand sanitiser provided.
Social distancing
Where possible, we encourage you to physically distance as much as possible, and have improved our outdoor facilities to avoid crowding.
Regular cleaning
Our whole venue is professionally cleaned after each performance. Our Front of House staff will continue to disinfect and clean high touch surfaces throughout the duration of daily operations.
Ventilation
We have installed a HEPA filter and increased air circulation in our auditorium.
