HOW TO REDEEM 'BOOK AS YOU GO' VOUCHERS ONLINE

If you purchased a 'Book as you Go' (Redeeming Voucher) subscription, only available from from our Box Office*, you have the ability to book for any show - either online or by phone booking - at a time that suits you.  Below is a guide with a couple of helpful tips for using your Redeeming Vouchers with the online booking service.

If you prefer not to have to deal with computers, give us a call on 9533 8083 or email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it anytime and leave your booking details including the voucher number issued to you for the show you want to see.

 

Basically, our 'Book as you go' vouchers are individual gift certificates for particular shows which, when redeemed, give you credit over the course of the season.  Here's what you need to do if you book online:

Sign in to your account before making a subscriber booking online. Click on 'Sign in / Register' (on the Booking tab) and enter your email and website password* - or create one if you haven't done so before. Then click 'Done' if your details are correct and you'll be taken directly to the Bookings section.

Then select the play you want to book for from the booking page, and nominate the overall number of tickets (generally 2 if you have a double pass, 1 if you have a single pass) and the night of the performance you want to see. Then continue...

Then you delete the numeral (1 or 2) that defaults next to the Adult ticket description and instead put the appropriate numeral (1 or 2*) next to your Subscription type.   For example, if you're a Full Year Double Pass holder you'll use the box before RedeemVoucher-2010Double. If you're a subscriber with a concession you'll use RedeemVoucher-Conc.

*Note: You can always add extra seats and pay the balance with your credit card.

• Then either select 'Best available' or choose your seats from the map. If you select 'Choose Seats' the map will require a moment or two to load and you must have Java installed on your computer.

Green or Yellow dots indicate as yet unsold seats. Black dots indicate seats selected by you in this transaction. Blue dots indicate seats that are being temporarily held by another customer. 


• Then you select 'Box Office Collection' as the Delivery Method and continue.

On the Finalise Order page all you need to do is enter the voucher number issued to you for the particular play you selected into the field that says 'Gift Certificate Serial Number' and then click the REDEEM button next to it.

You'll see that this gives you a dollar credit against the total which is exactly equal to the value of your pass for each show.

(If the system has logged you out for any reason it may prompt you again for your email and website password - or you can go to the top right of this page and click SIGN IN then enter your email address and password that you used to create an identity at the website. Clicking 'Done' brings up your booking details and saves you having to enter your details in every time.)

 

 

  • If you don't yet have an account at the website use the the create new account field and follow the prompts. When you've checked all your details you just click 'Done' and it takes you back to the booking where you left off.

 


 

  • Check the 'Agree to terms and conditions' box and click 'Finalise Order' and you'll be booked in. A confirmation email will be sent directly to your registered email address.

SECURITY SETTINGS FOR YOUR BROWSER

If you are still being logged out during the booking process or unable to sign in to the account you created you should check your internet security settings:


• In the Control Panel of your computer go to 'Network and Internet' then 'Internet Options' and select the Security tab. Set your security level to 'Medium'.


• Then click on the 'Trusted Sites' icon (in Windows this is a green 'tick'). Click on the nearby 'Sites' button and add www.redstitch.net to the list of trusted sites.

   


Or, if you decide you'd rather not deal with computers at all, why not just phone through your booking request when you're ready to reserve seats?

Note: Online 'Advance Booking' Subscriptions can be purchased directly from this site - click on 'Buy Subscription' on the Booking menu.  Advance Booking Subscriptions will require you to nominate all your dates of attendance when you purchase (unlike 'Book as you Go' subscriptions) . These dates may however be changed anytime free of charge by calling our box office.
